Generally, we use garlic to make food tastier. But it is rich in various proteins that help to keep our body healthy. Like others, there are also some negative aspects of garlic.

 

Besides improving health, garlic also saves us from some harmful diseases too.

 

 

Garlic is widely used in the treatment of joint pain, coughs, headache, stomachache, sinus congestion, gout, hemorrhoids, asthma, bronchitis, shortness of breath, and much more. 

 

But there are some negative aspects of garlic for some people. So, you need to be careful while consuming garlic. Below are some of the categories under which one needs to be careful while having garlic in their foods.

 

The five types of people who should not consume or eat garlic are as follows:

1) Hepatitis Patient:

Those people who are suffering from liver problems should not eat garlic. It is believed that garlic is an anti-bacterial and/or anti-viral food, so they want to prevent or cure hepatitis by eating garlic.

There are some people who continue eating garlic even after hepatitis. But garlic has nothing to do with the hepatitis virus. On the contrary, garlic affects the stomach and intestine which leads a digestive problems.

Due to the presence of some volatile components, garlic can reduce the red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood. So it may lead to anemia, which is not conducive to the treatment of hepatitis.

 

2) Non-bacterial diarrhea patient:

People suffering from non-bacterial diarrhea should never eat garlic. When this type of patient eats garlic that will affect the intestine badly.

The spicy flavor of Garlic will cause a wound in the intestine which is called Intestinal Mucosal Hyperemia. This will bring the symptoms of abdominal pain, constipation, blood in stool, dizziness, and vomiting.

 

3. Surgery Patient:

People who are going to do the surgery before doing the surgery, before 2 weeks you should stop eating Garlic. Because due to garlic the blood won’t freeze after surgery and the disease will be transmitted.

 

4. People with low blood pressure:

Do you know, Garlic can lower blood pressure by 10%? Garlic develops Nitric oxide and Hydrogen Sulphide in the body. This will relax the valves of the heart.

Garlic is good for people with the high blood pressure but on the other hand, it is dangerous for people with low blood pressure.

 

5. Eye infected people:

People with eye-related problems should not eat garlic too much. Especially, the person who is physically weak and poor should avoid the use of garlic.

If the use of garlic is not controlled it may lead to hypoplasia, tinnitus, front heaviness, memory loss, and so on.
